“The Wooded River” is the remains of the only post glacial, alluvial forest in western Europe. Located nearby Warrensgrove Estate, The Gearagh is a lovely place for a walk on The Gearagh Loop which is approximately 6.5 KM. This is also a popular spot for birdwatchers.
